I act as Fundraising CFO and run the full process: equity story, financial model, data room, investor outreach and events, co-pitching, due diligence and terms, through closing and handover. That way, the founders can stay focused on building the company. Since how a company raises often shapes where it goes, I also serve as the CEO’s sparring partner on strategy. I take on one of these projects at a time, through my own firm, and often stay on for more than one round, until the company is through its critical early-growth stage. Where there is already a CFO, I lead the round alongside them as Head of Fundraising.

I also invest as a business angel in pre-seed and seed companies in space, defense and deeptech, and help where I can, from shaping the equity story to the first investor conversations.
Building at the earliest stage? Ping me.
I raised my first rounds as a founder and still run every round as if it were my own company: hands-on and all in. I now focus on space and defense because Europe needs these companies funded at scale, for its security and sovereignty.
Born and raised in Bonn, I studied at WHU and have called Berlin home for more than ten years. Off the clock, I cook for friends, often with more ambition than strictly necessary, train anything from calisthenics to running, and save the long vacations for after the closing.
